Shipping Belgium and the Netherlands

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours on weekdays, after receipt of payment . (provided the product is in stock, of course)

In addition to home delivery, you can also choose delivery to a collection point. Please mention this in the comments field, or you can also send us a message via the contact form.

Free shipping is possible from €75 (Belgium) and €100 (Netherlands).

Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the products.

Letter Post Rates

Letter post is only available for Belgium . This is the cheapest shipping option , but is without tracking and is NON PRIOR , which means that the letter can take up to 5 days to reach your address. Please take this into account when placing your order!

Since there are no tracking options, any loss of the letter by the post is at your own risk and cannot be refunded.

Rates:

  • 0 - 100 grams: € 3.00
  • 101 - 300 grams: €4.50

Parcel Post Rates

If it concerns parcel post (home delivery or post point), then the shipping costs depend on the shipping service you select. We try to give you as much choice as possible when choosing the most suitable service for you.

Please note: do take into account the different delivery times per shipping service. With some services it will take longer for a package to reach you than with others.

For parcel post within Belgium you can choose from:

  • 0 - 2 kg: € 6.95
  • 2 - 5 kg: € 7.60
  • 5 - 10 kg: €8.40
  • 10 - 20 kg: € 12.95

PostNL

  • 0 - 5 kg: € 5.75
  • 5 - 10 kg: € 7.75
  • 10 - 23 kg: €12.75

For parcel post to the Netherlands you can choose from:

BPost

  • 0 - 10 kg: € 16.75

PostNL

  • 0 - 2 kg: € 9.75
  • 2 - 10 kg: € 12.75
  • 10 - 23 kg: € 21.75
